Cities, transport & Prepositions

Week 19th -21st November

What did we do this week?

We reviewed vocabulary on city facilities and buildings.

What can you do at a bank?
What’s a bridge?
Why do we use roads?
What’s a sports centre?
Who goes to a mosque? And to a church?

We kept talking about actions taking place at the moment.

Can you answer these questions?
What are you doing now?
Are you listening to music?
What are your children doing?
Are you doing this exercise at home?
Do you have noisy neighbours?

We also learnt to describe pictures or photos.
Remember:

the top/ the bottom
the corner
the right / the left

the middle

the foreground / the background

the top right corner

But only the position on a piece of paper or a photo

And finally, we learnt about the transport in London.

As you worked so hard in class, I didn’t give you homework.

Ready for this week? See you!
